Cragun’s Conference Center is approximately 2 1/2 hours from the Twin Cities. Phone number for emergencies – 218-829-3591. There is a large parking lot at the main entrance. Please enter through this door. Hotel check in time is 5:00 p.m.

THE POSTMARKED DEADLINE TO HAVE YOUR
REGISTRATION FORM IN IS FEBRUARY 20th!!

Please be sure to read over all of the Competition Guidelines carefully. NEW THIS YEAR - We have a universal registration form for all competitions. Copy as many as you need. The postmarked deadline to have the Competition Registration Forms to the Competition Chairman is February 20th.

Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds 30 days prior to the event.

Hey Everybody!

Grand Bethel is coming up fast which means its time for a Rock Concert!! The 2007-08 Grand Bethel year is coming to a close and I want to party my way out! You guys have all made this year awesome and I hope you'll all be at Grand Bethel.

Remember those pink beach pails with the red ribbons that were handed out at last Grand Bethel? If there is nothing in them, get working on filling them with money! The Bethel with the most money collected at Grand Bethel will get a prize. All the money in those buckets is going toward the Grand Bethel service project - the Minnesota Aids Project.

Here is the information that we put with the pail at Bethel #93 to let people know why we are collecting money:

 Help Support the Minnesota Aids Project (MAP)

 
1. Over 5,300 people are known to be living with HIV in Minnesota.
2. Another 2,500 are HIV positive and don't know it.
3. All money raised stays in Minnesota and helps with prevention, services and advocacy.
4. MAP is committed to providing critical services for HIV-positive Minnesotans: housing, case management, information and referral, legal and emergency financial assistance.
5. MAP provides prevention education and promotes the importance of HIV testing.
