OBJECTIVE OF CAMP: For Job’s Daughters members and adults to have fun, become better acquainted, enjoy and renew old friendships, and make new ones.
CONDUCT WHILE AT CAMP: It is expected that all members, prospective members and adults in attendance will respect the feelings, rights, safety and property of others at all times. Any camper may be sent home or asked to leave Camp, without a refund and at their expense, should their conduct be disrespectful.
HEALTH FORMS: Every member, prospective member and adult camper MUST complete a Health Form prior to participating in Camp activities. Any camper may be sent home or asked to leave Camp, without a refund and at their expense, should a Health Form not be received by Camp medical staff.
TRANSPORTATION: Bethels are responsible for their own transportation to and from Camp. For insurance and liability reasons, members under the age of 20 who hold a valid driver’s license; and members, who have reached the age of 20, but still hold a Job’s Daughters office (Bethel, Grand Bethel or Supreme Bethel); are not permitted to drive to or from Camp.
DEPARTURE FROM CAMP GROUNDS: For safety and liability reasons, all campers, regardless of age, must be registered and remain on CLH grounds during the entire Camp Session. Permission to leave the grounds may be
granted only by Camp Committee Co-Chairs, Amanda LeBlanc and/or Bob Trost, or by a Cabin Check-Out Official on the final day of Camp. Campers found leaving the grounds without permission may be sent home or asked to leave Camp, without a refund and at their own expense.
CHAPERONES/ADULT CAMPERS: Chaperones/Adult campers must be at least 20 years of age and approved by their BGC. Members who have reached the age of 20, but still hold a Job’s Daughters office (Bethel, Grand Bethel or Supreme Bethel) are not eligible to chaperone.
Because male chaperones are housed in a separate area of Camp, the Camp Committee requests that Bethels send a minimum of one adult female chaperone for every five member/prospective member campers. All parents/guardians and Council members, both male and female, are encouraged to attend Camp to share in the fun and assist with Camp activities.
If your Bethel is in need of chaperones, please contact Camp Committee Chair, Amanda LeBlanc (320-250-7079) and arrangements will be made for your Bethel.
PARKING: During arrival and departure, please follow the instructions of the Traffic Controllers. All vehicles must be kept on the blacktop roads, and fire lanes must be kept open and free of vehicles. After arriving and unloading your vehicle, parking is available in the lot by the entrance gate or in the overflow lot by the barn. Please note that the office lot nearest the center of Camp grounds is reserved parking for emergency vehicles and the Camp Committee.

Use the check-out list as a guide to clean your cabin and surrounding area prior to Flag Lowering on Sunday.
